ORDERING

  • After the deadline, we will aggregate the orders. This database provides the basis for the organization of the filming, so once it has been assembled, the recordings can begin. If the order is placed late, it is possible that we have already finished filming in the group where your child attends. There is still a chance that they won't fall behind, but it's definitely decreasing. If we only need to film one child a day, that means an individual quote.

  • There are several ways to do this.

     

        Here on the website, on the ORDER page, by filling out the form

        By filling out the paper-based order form distributed in the kindergarten and handing it in at the kindergarten, or by sending a photographed version of it on any platform.

  • Be sure to place your order even then, as there is a chance that either we have not filmed in the group yet, or we will have to go more than once, as the limit is 3-4 people at a time. It is worth inquiring over the phone about the current situation in this matter and what to expect.

  • This means that although we are present in the given kindergarten, we are not in the period when the recordings are made there. However, this does not rule out the possibility, if we still have capacity, but we have to ask permission from the kindergarten, and unless there is another child whose parents also want a film at that time, we have to make a unique offer.

  • In this case, we are not yet connected with the particular kindergarten, no children's films have been made there yet. Please contact us and we will inform you about the options for contacting the kindergarten management and ordering a children's film about your child!

  • This option was actually created to indicate the intention of the order itself, which is very important during the order period. The specifics and details can be clarified later, but the request itself must be submitted on time. If someone only has time for this, but does not want to forget about it, then it is recommended, since you can already indicate your intention to order by entering four details (Kindergarten-group-child's name-contact). Later we can discuss the specifics over the phone.

  • What is "mandatory" for identification is the kindergarten, the group, and the child's name. The phone number is the most effective way to get in touch and provide information (when is the filming day...etc.). Everything else is optional when ordering, if something is missing, we will find out and discuss it with you during a phone inquiry.

  • It does not oblige you to do anything, this is not an official contract between us, it can be canceled at any time.

  • The package offers include the most popular variations of the available products. If you want to order a film in a different composition or only solo, that is also possible.

Filming day

  • Three aspects must prevail in order for filming to take place on a given day:

    • Rain-free weather so that the children can go out into the yard
    • All the "main characters" that we are filming that day should be in the kindergarten that day
    • On the part of the kindergarten, there should not be any factors that could prevent admission (optional day, illness, many absences, etc.)

  • Usually a day or two before, as the weather and the unpredictability of absences make it difficult to plan much in advance.

  • One or two days (Friday in case of Monday filming) before. We will contact you by phone, but this will be preceded by a preliminary orientation to the nursery school teacher, which will tell us if there are any "protagonist candidates" missing.

  • If you indicate this information until the night before the filming, the filming will either be canceled or your child will be placed at another time. If we only find out in the morning, the filming will definitely not be missed, but we will do everything we can to find a solution so that your child can be filmed at another time, but we cannot guarantee it.

  • The VIP package includes exclusive filming, so we only film your child on that day, and you can decide the date, if it suits the kindergarten, and we also have capacity for that day. It is worth making an appointment three or four days before.

  • No, if the weather is such that the children cannot go out to the yard (precipitation, except for snowfall), then there is no filming that day, as the events in the yard are an important and interesting part of the films.

     

  • Since our basic principle is to make it about everyone who has been ordered, this day can be postponed by up to a month or two during a filming period, since three things must be fulfilled for everything to be right (weather, the presence of the main actors, no objections from the kindergarten or other program)

  • Usually from 8:00-8:15 until bedtime after lunch. We record the last clips when the kindergarten teacher is already telling the children a story, this is the scene that will end all children's films.

     

  • Not on our part, as we make a film out of an average day. On the other hand, it is up to you to decide what kind of clothes or hairstyle you want your child to appear in.

  • Yes, it's worth it, because there is a good chance that we can film more and more actions, and thus the end result can be more colorful and richer in events.

  • It is completely child dependent. There are children for whom it is good if they know about it in advance, but there are also children for whom this has the opposite effect and they prepare too much for filming. Many years of experience, however, almost always help to eliminate problems arising from possible biased behavior.

    Most of the scenes are filmed from very close, 1-2 meters away, so that when the actors move and change places, the cameraman lives with the action, and he also comes and goes, even runs or climbs with them, while the recording is rolling. This type of filming makes the children's films truly original visually, and not incidentally, due to the proximity, the dialogues between them are also recorded in better quality. In addition, recordings are also made from different distances depending on the plot. During the recording, we also pay attention to video from varied and alternating settings, so that the film does not visually flatten even for a short time.

  • Since most of the scenes are shot from close-up, the dialogues are typically clearly audible. However, their quality can be affected by the given background noise. This is a factor that cannot be avoided, but it functions as a consideration for the choice of cut during post-production.

  • No, the cameraman only reacts to all the events, but does not influence them. However, it happens that we ask for the help of kindergarten teachers to catalyze interesting activities, since they are the ones who know the children, know who likes to play with whom, what.

Preparation time

  • Post-production is a time-consuming task, so the production time of the films is 3-6 weeks, depending on the period. However, they can request information about the current status of the film and the expected completion time at any time.

Wrapping-DVD-pendrive

  • In our case, this term refers to the form of data carriers and their other characteristics
  • The basic price includes the file format, so we send the film to everyone using the Google Drive service. With the permission, they can download it to their computer from there, or view it within that system (e.g. on the phone). However, this is only available for a few months, because after that the material is deleted from our Drive.

It is also possible to order the films on DVD and pen drive. In both cases, they can do this in a case (plastic or metal) with an individually designed cover.

  • Bank Transfer. When sending the film by e-mail, we include all the information necessary for payment in our letter, but these are also included in the invoice attached to the e-mail.
  • In our case, cash payment is only possible if the kindergarten has no objection to acting as an intermediary.
  • DVDs and flash drives packed in a case will be delivered to you either by parcel service or delivered to the kindergarten. The former is for a delivery fee, but with a predictable arrival, and the latter is free, but there is no specific delivery date, at the earliest, as soon as we can get it to the kindergarten.

Privacy rights

  • If you would like to officially indicate this, select the "I do not allow video recordings of my child" option to be entered on the Order page in addition to entering the name of the Kindergarten-Group-Child! In practice, however, it is also sufficient to tell the kindergarten teachers to notify us of this request.

Ovipictures

  • The ovipictures are not made as a result of a separate photo shoot, but are extracted from the film raw material, namely by advancing the film frame by frame in the editing program, thus finding the moments that are suitable for this purpose both in terms of image creation and image sharpness.
  • Each image is 80-110 Kb
  • By e-mail both as attached files and in a compressed folder, so it is possible to view the images on the phone and download the entire material with one click.

Guarantee

  • We offer a full guarantee in case the film is not to your liking. If, after viewing, you decide that you do not want to download the film, you can cancel before paying.
